The Leckey MyWay+ is an open-frame gait trainer designed to support children in an upright, hands-free position while encouraging stepping, movement and participation. Its open design allows children to get closer to people, activities and their environment, supporting exploration at home, school, therapy and in the community.
The MyWay+ uses a wraparound harness to provide 360-degree support around the trunk, helping promote core stability, head control and a more natural upright posture. The harness is designed to move with the child, rather than holding them rigidly, allowing active movement while still providing supportive positioning.
Available in three frame sizes with a range of harness and accessory options, the MyWay+ can be tailored to suit each child’s individual needs. Robust indoor/outdoor castors, height-adjustable adult handles and the side-step function help support mobility, control and therapy goals across different environments.
